Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy The Algo Trading Kit (the “kit”) from algolab (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them.

What you are buying

A digital product: the guide (PDF), the companion Python framework (tradekit) and the other materials listed on the sales page, with lifetime access to future updates of the kit at no extra cost. No physical goods are shipped.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the guide and to use, modify and run the framework for your own trading and research. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the guide, or the framework as a product, service or course, in whole or in part. Quoting short passages with attribution is fine.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the sales page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card or bank details. Later price changes don’t affect what you’ve already paid.

Delivery

Access is delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, normally within minutes. See Refunds & delivery for details and what to do if it doesn’t arrive.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See Refunds & delivery.

No investment advice

The kit is educational. They are not investment advice, research or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and we are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for your broker account and API keys, and for complying with SEBI, exchange and tax rules. Read the full risk disclaimer.

Software provided as is

The framework is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Test thoroughly, use paper trading first, and never run code you don’t understand against a live account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the kit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at India have exclusive jurisdiction.
