The kit (the guide, the framework and all other materials), this website and any related emails are educational. They are not investment advice, and nothing in them is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative or other instrument.
We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts, and we do not provide trading signals, managed accounts or algorithms that trade on your behalf.
Backtests are simulations. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future returns, and the guide shows many ways in which backtests overstate real performance. SEBI’s own studies found that around nine in ten individual traders in equity derivatives lost money.
Trading equities, and especially futures and options, carries a substantial risk of loss, including, in some instruments, losses larger than your initial capital. Automated trading adds risks of its own: software bugs, connectivity failures, broker or exchange outages and rejected or duplicated orders.
You are responsible for your own trading decisions, for the security of your broker account and API keys, and for complying with SEBI’s retail algorithmic trading framework, exchange rules, your broker’s terms and Indian tax law. Facts in the guide (charges, lot sizes, expiry days, regulations, API behaviour) were verified in November 2026 and change often; check current figures with your broker and the exchanges before relying on them.
